Partner/ConsultantMr. Obondi Victor was admitted to the bar in Jan 2014 and became the youngest advocate to appear before the supreme court in the same year. He was until 2017 a senior associate with the firm of Murugu, Rigoro and company Advocates, where he had an evidently successful professional life.
In 2018 after successfully defending the victory of Prof. Peter Anyan’g Nyongo’ in Kisumu gubernatorial election both at the High court and at the Court of Appeal, he was appointed Governor Nyongo’s legal advisor. He is dynamic, thorough, daring, and trustworthy.
He has practiced before various legal tribunals as well as the Subordinate court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.

Some of Mr. Obondi’s achievements include the following: -
He successfully mounted an appeal against a Court of Appeal Judgment compelling the IEBC to immediately register diaspora voters to vote in all elective positions in the then forthcoming 2017 elections.
He successfully defended the conduct of Migori gubernatorial election, and had the Supreme court set aside the Judgment of the Court of Appeal which had nullified the election. Material legal questions were settled.
He successfully represented the Petitioner in challenging SRC decision reducing the salaries of its employees.
